We use Squarespace for our website and payment processing for all online orders. Please read Squarespace’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Shipping

We aim to ship any currently available stock within 5-8 business days. If the stock has customization, we aim to ship with in 5-8 days after our state confirmation email to the buyer of the customization.
Occasionally, our inventory may be incorrect, and it may take up to 10 weeks for us to produce new items to fulfill your purchase.
Pre-order items may take 10 weeks or more to fulfill.
Etchy Dog Creations will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay, loss, or damage caused by the selected carrier.
Etchy Dog Creations will not be responsible for additional postage, non-delivery, delay, loss, or damage caused by an incorrectly supplied address.

Returns

All returns, including customized purchases, must be reported within fourteen (14) days from receipt of merchandise.
Any items returned must be free of any tears, stains, or odors.
No discontinued items are eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. Customers must notify us in writing WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE of any claims for damages resulting from late delivery or any defect in the merchandise discovered by the customer.

Etchy Dog Creations cannot guarantee variances in size, construction, color, and shade of stock inventory. Etchy Dog Creations hereby disclaims all express and implied warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All such warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded from any and all transactions between the client and Etchy Dog Creations and shall not apply to the merchandise sold by Etchy Dog Creations.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at the prices in effect at the time of shipping. Etchy Dog Creations reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or discontinue any of its products. All orders are subject to availability.
